Extract varchar from sqlserv

Hello,

I am doing a extract from sqlserver and in the table has a column varchar2(6) and has two registers where this column has '00300' and other has '300', so when the qlikview doing the select set both as 00300. How can avoid this, because like this the result is wrong.
