Extraction to .xls, impossible to use filters on date.

We have develop several KPI based on dates. Source format is sometimes YYYY-MM-DAY, sometime DD-MM-YYYY. We change all as DD/MM/YYYY in the script. This dashboard are develop on a chinese windows base. On the webbased portal, when we are doing .xls extraction from a figure, we cannot filters datas on the xls downloaded. I mean colomn Date (format DD/MM/YYYY) do ranked as requested oldest to the newest. Even if copy paste data on an other xls file, it's not working. We try as well to change the format. Nothing...Hence extraction is useless. We throught that this could come from the aspx emulator. Any clues about how to solve this issue?
