Fetching data from Salesforce- code not working

I am getting the error below when I am executing the following code (taking data from Salesforce). What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

It seems you are doing aggregation on Periodic_Rebate_Amount_C.So try to add any fields to group by for which this field aggregation to be perform.
