Fields Displayed in Tablebox - what table are the fields related to.

Hi everyone,

New to Qlikview. I have taken over a document which has  a large number of tables. I am trying to determine what table the fields which are displayed in a table box are in. if I right click the table box and go to  "Properties" it lists the fields used by the table box and a list of available tables with which to pick other fields out of. I do not see a way of seeing what table the fields currently in the textbox are related to.

I am sure this must be a really easy way to do this!

Hi,

Not sure if this helps but you can use a table box to give you the field to table mapping (the sheet needs to be set to show system fields);

If this is documentation exercise you could just dump this out to Excel & do the same with your tables & do a look up. Fields linking tables would appear with both/all the tables, so you might need to factor that out.
