File format changed from PVF to Note pad

Hello All,

In Qlik sense apps (File explorer) the file format has changed from QVF to note pad for one of friend.. Not able to change it to QVF format.... please assist..

This is still a QVF file - you can see the .qvf suffix and the "QVF File" descriptor.
