File loading advice

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to do the below in my script:

1) Load records from 2007-Dec2015 and store in a qvd file

2) Load records from Jan2016-today everytime I click on the Reload button

The script given to me always load records till today and store the records in a qvd file.

Could someone please advise or guide me how to amend the scripts to do the point 1) and 2)?

Attached is my Qlikview file.
