Filter is not working in nprinting report

I created filter in nprinting  but when I am applying the filter  while creating  the report in Nprinting engine i am not  getting the required output.

Please Help.

check the type of filter... numerical or text value. (and duals are filtered as numericals) any extra help would require extra info...

i created 2 filter and added value to it.

Filtername               value

Oldnprintfilter-   2018

Oldfilter1- JAN

Now i have to apply above filter in chart CH 348. and  want to see JAN 2018 data in the chart.

Please help me how to apply filter,
