Filter on Quadrant chart Legend

Hi All,

The below highlighting functionality (thick blue color circling in red box) works in QlikView IE Plugin but does not work on Internet Explorer or any other browsers (AJAX). We cannot open the application through IE plugin as we use Qlik Maps in the Heat map tab and it does not open up we open the application in IE Plugin.

The normal tendency that business is expecting is when we mouse over to a particular Dimension value on the legend, the selected dimension values should be highlighted so that Business can distinguish the selected dimension value with other dimension values.

And Also Business wants the filter on Legend instead of up and down arrow at the bottom.

Please help me on this.
