I want to remove the Duplicate from a file specific to one column or multiples columns,

Ex: I want to get the details of the POS by removing the duplicate from the column "Item"

If you look at the data, every row is unique. Its difficult to remove duplicate values without any logic.

Could you please clear which rows to keep and which to remove with logic or pattern so that we can help you in correct way.
