Fluctuations in RAM Utilization

For example if we see RAM utilization for 5/4/2016 initially it is utilized around 70%  and it is continued till 9 PM EST as shown in below screenshot, and after 9 PM the utilization dropped to 15%.

  So, We want to understand the how Physical Memory utilization works on Qlikview server like what are all the things we need to check for this kind of fluctuations in RAM utilization.

Looks like someone has either restarted the server or the service. Else there is no way to explain this memory usage.
