Formatting Imported data from Excel

Hi,

in the attached excel file I would need to take row 7 as field names and (this is what I do not know how) insert 3 new fields.

The first new field should be named like the fisrt 5 characters of cell A1 that is 'SERIE' and its values should be '274697' for all the rows.

Idem with the second and the cell A2 field name 'FECHA VUELO', values '07/05/13'.

and the third new field should be named 'RUTA' and should take 'MAD-PUJ' as values.

Then I would like to get rid of rows 1 to 6 and load table...

How should I manage the import wizard?

Thanks
