Formula to get the value in a series number of weeks

Hello!  I hope you can help me with this.

I'd like to create a new column (calculated dimension) to place "critical" if there are  at least more than 2  values of  < 80%  from W1 to W9 out of 29 weeks.   Otherwise, place "ok"    Pls. help me compose the formula...I find it too complex for me...

Possible to attache a sample file with limited data, just to understand how your table looks like.

I have attached a sample though with my own table just for demonstration. I did the calculation called 'Flag' on the back-end.

I actually prefer to put my expression in my pivot table chart...pls. see attached sample file..

Btw, my value required is less than 80% not  90%
