Hi,
Im very new to qlik view. Im trying to create a gantt chart suing data inputted from an excel file, I'm using a bar chart whos orientation is changed to landscape. However i can get to the point where i can get the duration of each event on it but I cant seem to pin them to the date they occur. Ive tried following the guide to creating a gantt chart on:

However i cant seem to link the date part into the chart. Can anyone tell me how to link the start/ end date into the chart? (Im curently using the duration in days as the X axis parameter)
