Getting cross mark in Current selection box

While selecting some fields I am getting the cross mark in the current selection box. Could any one help me to resolve this issue. This is happening only for the particular selection of data. Please let me know if you need further queries related to this.

So - looks like if you have an AS statement and your field has extra text - it blows up.

dataitem1 as 'renamed field     '   will blow up the current selections box...

dataitem1 as 'renamed field'       with trailing spaces removed, works.

I Don't really understand your problem, but it's maybe a bug... Could you send a screenshot of your current selections box and your current QlikView version ?
