Getting error message "Message: No Server"

Hi,

While accessing the Access Point getting error message with red label "Message: No Server". Can you please help me out

Try restarting the QlikView Services (services.msc)

Looks to me your services are not running. Restart your all services and check.

How restart the qlikview services?

It is due to your Qlikview Distribution Service or QlikView Directory Service or Qlikview WebServer has been stoped.

Just start it.

Hi,

All Services are in running status but however I tried to restart all services but no luck. Still it showing Message: No Server

Ping your server via console and check that server is responding or not.

also post screen shot of you QMC->Service.

Have you checked the Status -> Services tab in your Management Console?

Are all the Services green with status "Running"?

  • Check if your licenses are still valid or not?
  • Any firewall rule was changed?
  • Any Windows updated was applied?
