We have installed QV Componets on multiple servers that all are old servers.
Recently we have added one new server and installed IIS . So, we have two IIS Servers.
While checking the access point individually, getting error message for the new server and old server is working fine.

All the licenses are valid. Firewall rule was not changed
are u applied ur server license on QEMC? able to see the status of service's in Service tab?
not yet....
tht's why it's showing as no server...apply & restart ur services..everything will be perfect!
