Grabbing data from different rows

Hi,

I have attached data and qvw file. My requirement is I want to get the data like this.

Ex:

Name                          Rate        Gross

ARNOLD, OLIVIA        10.70        841.17

I am able to implement First two columns Name, Rate but not able to pick the GROSS.

I am doubt that whether it is possible or not by using Qlikview. I am trying out using function in excel too. But no success.

Pls let me know if any one have come across the scenario. I am using Qlikview Personal edition.

Check your Gross column is empty.

No probs, but it is taking by default some field name right.
