Graph Radar Rotation

I want to rotate my radar graph(see below)  in order to have the first item at the place of one o'clock. and ten at the top position.

Any way to solve this simple problem but I didn't find any solution ?

Try as a calculated dimension dual(MyDim, mod(MyDim,10)
