Graphic problem point cloud

Hello I have a problem on a graph of point cloud.

I have my data in the following form:

order number          hb_min          hb_max

0012345                    0,5               2.3

0012458                     0.9               4.2

0015586                     1.2               2.5

0011464                     1.0               1.7

At the moment the user selected from hb_min and hb_max and its cloud point, however I would give him the opportunity to choose hb and points hb_min AND hb_max appear on the cloud point!

Does anyone have a solution? Thank you in advance.
