Graphics different depending browser

Good afternoon.

I comment on a case that is happening to us for weeks and not get solved.

When sending to the printer reports a line charts show different thickness depending on the equipment (even if done with the same user).

Apparently the configuration of those teams are equal: Windows 7, IE 11 QV Plugin.

We also matched the settings of IE (Active X and Miscellaneous).
