I have a number of operations with dates for the beginning of each operation.
I have a listbox with years (2008-2013) and a listbox with months (Jan-Dec) for each operation, but I want to
create one listbox with half year (1. half, 2. half) that controls all operations, instead of making
a half year listbox for each operation. So if I select 1. half year, Jul-Dec will turn grey in each month listboxes. Is that possible without
a master calendar?

You can create your half year field as data island table and use an on select field trigger in document settings to create Select-Select in field actions for each month field.

You can use an ApplyMap Function.
