Help Text TimeOut

It seems the Help Text that pops in when you hover over a text object times out after a few seconds IF you are in WebView/Ajax. If in Desktop/IE plugin it doesn't. Does anyone know how to control this timeout when in WebView?

Can you tell what version of Qlik you use.

If possible a sample application to look at issue.
