Help creating Field

Hello

I need some assistance with this please.

Lets say, in my model, I am providing a hotel with info regarding their business.

Now I have a room, and also the usage of this room, per day, per week. Lets say, this room is only available Monday, and Wednesday.

So if Monday is day 1, and Wednesday day 3, they give me this pattern in their Data source file (xls)...

Room1, 1.3.... (one char for each day)

I dont know how to represent this usage in a clear way, because obviously, they would like to see which rooms have the highest occupancy.

Any ideas please?

it could be usefull, if there would be some form of  a calendar

room	month	day	value	f.e. notes
1	2	1	aviable
1	2	3	aviable
1	3	1	booked
1	3	2	cleaning
2	3	5	aviable

the main problem could be the exact reading of the '.' separated chars.
