Help needed regarding theme

Hi i am attaching a image ,

below the tab row i want show as the green , which u can find from the image.

is there a way that i can get that theme or i need to create manually,,,

Not sure about themes but why don't just create a TextBox with specific green colour and uncheck Move/Copy property?

Yes , you can create a textbox and give the colour which suits your requirement...
