Help with Pivot Table! (Getting the total)

Hi All!

I just want to ask if this is possible to be achieve using Pivot table. Please see figure below!

Mar-13
Type	Category	ItemType1	ItemType2	Total
Begbal	Begbal	1	3	4
Incoming	Sales	2	2	4
Outgoing	Sales	3	1	4
Total		6	6	12
Apr-13
Type	Category	ItemType1	ItemType2	Total
Begbal	Begbal	6	6	12
Incoming	Sales	5	3	8
Outgoing	Sales	4	3	7
Total		15	12	27
May-13
Type	Category	ItemType1	ItemType2	Total
Begbal	Begbal	15	12	27
Incoming	Sales	5	3	8
Outgoing	Sales	4	3	7
Total		24	18	42

I want to get the total from March 2013 ( total of item 1 (6), total of item 2 (6), and the total (12)) and move it to April 2013 BegBal. Now the total for April 2013 will now be moved to May 2013 Begbal and so on. Can this be achieved using Pivot table?
