I have a pivot table similar to the attached example ...
We have a list of project customers who's sales (or lack of) we wish to monitor.
I need to display all customers whether they have sales or not.
I am working with two tables namely Customer and SalesInvoice.
I have two issues....
1) I want to suppress column E from appearing. I believe that this is appearing because customer "DEF Ltd" have had no sales. If I suppress zero values I lose customers that haven't had any sales - i need to display them. Does anyone know how I can suppress this column?
2) I want to highlight the month in which the customer was added to the project. I have tried to do this via changing the background colour in the expression if the month = project month. Because "DEF Ltd" has no sales, the cell is not being highlighted. Is there any way round this?
I have considered creating a sales record of £0.01 for every account but feel this could get quite complicated (this is just one view from the data I am extracting - there are several other fields extracted).
Any assistance greatly appreciated...
