Help with chart

Hi All,

I am trying to do something in a chart but unsure if it is possible.

Basically i have a bar chart showing how many hours people work over a time period.

i want to also show how many hrs were possible..

i.e.

if a week (5days) is selected, then the bar chart will show the hours worked by the people in that 5 days. on the same barchart i want a line showing how many hours were possible (so 5 days x 7.5hrs = 37.5hrs). so anyone who does not meet the line then i would know i need to find out why.

I have attached a small sample.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

You can add a reference line to the chart on the Presentation tab of the properties window. You'll have to play around some with the label of the reference line and the maximum of the x-axis scale to find out what works best for you to get the label to display nicely.
