What is the most efficient way to analyse two or more date fields from the same table?

This is not from a concatenated load table, but from an actual table which might have two or more date fields.

Job
JobNumber
Desc
Logged_Date
Starte_Date
Target_Comp_Date
Actual_Comp_Date
Price

In the above, I would like to analyse all the dates using some kind of calenders.

Is it wise to create 4 calenders? Imagine this is a large dataset so I am looking for the most efficient option.
