I am having,

Dimensions Like LOB, LOB Description

Expressions Like Buckets 0-30,31-60.............

                            sum(open Amount) in pivot Table

LOB field values are  0001,0002,0003.....

if i click on LOB value like 0001, it should diplay, respective

LOB,LOB Description, BusinessUnit,Business Unit Desriprion, Sum(open Amount), Buckets.

and remaing dimensions and expressions make as unclickable in pivot table.

could please you help me

You can set the pivot chart as read-only. This will prevent users from clicking on the chart and filtering the data.
To allow users to filter on LOB, add a listbox for LOB.

I need one dimension as clickable and remaining dimensions and expressions as unclickable in straight and pivot table

You cannot set one dimension as clickable, but there is a workaround.

You can add a text object on a layer above the pivot table to hide the area you do not want to be clickable.

Set the transparency to say 75% for testing then once it is OK, set it to 100%.

The users can see the pivot underneath the text box but click on the text box not the pivot chart.

It works, and does not cause any errors. Whether you decide to implement the transparent text box is a decision only you can make.
