Hi Narayan,

                   Though it is not good practices, but if you need to complete your requirement,

Just put a transperent text objects over the dimension and measure those need not to be selectable (clickable)

with Top Layer (Radio Selection in Layout Properties).

Hi,

Use Text Object -> Resize it upto cover all Dimension except one dimension which you want to clickable.

And then go to Text Object property->Transparent ->100%
