Hide column in pivot table and just display the in total column

Hi,

I am making a sales forecast pivot table by customer (dimension), month (dimension). We have two expressions (sales figure, %).

I just want to show % in the partial sum total column but hide in the month column. Is there any way to do it and how?

My QV version is still 8.5. Not yet up to 9.

Thanks in advance.

Gloria

You can make the table Fast Change type with Straight and Pivot, and when it is displayed as Straight Table then go to chart properties, Presentation tab, there you can check the Hide Column or even make it conditional.

I have ticked Hide Column in Straight Table, however, when I change back to Pivot Table view, the column is still appearing.

Also, is 8.5 supports hide column to be conditional?

Hi,

I don't know if i understand you right, but if you go to the expression, there you mark %, and take away the enable.

best regards

Hi,

If I uncheck the enable in the % expression, I couldn't see the % in Total (The last column) as well. I need to have the % Total at the end but not needed on month level.
