How Do I Make a Conditional Group Expression?

Hi all,

I have chart that has a grouped expression (one showing percentages and one showing the counts).  I have a condition set on these such that they don't appear unless a user has made a selection on a specified field.  This condition statement works fine, however the little arrow indicator that allows me to quickly change expressions disappears from my dashboard when I set them to be conditional.

How should I do this such that I need a user to make a selection first, and I need to retain the ability for the end user to cycle through these two expressions?

Hi Jonathan,

My use case /issue is fairly specific here.  I simply need a way to retain the cycle-through expressions when I introduce a conditional expression.
