How To Shade Different Columns In StraightTable?

Hello,

I have 6 columns in a straighttable.  Is there a way to shade the last 3 columns in a different color

This would help distinguish the chart into 2 sections, and a lot easier for the users to compare the numbers across the columns.

Your help is appreciated!

Hi,

Go to the chart properties, Expressions tab, expand the [+] sign just right to the expression label and see there Background Color. Set it to ARGB(200, 200, 200, 200) (first is alpha, second, third and fourth are RGB).

Is that what you mean?

Hi,

A simple way you can do this like

Right Clik on straight table -> Custom Format Cell -> Then select BackGround Color for cells and Apply setting and save it (But you have to right click on that cell on which you want the color set)

But first please check that in User preference Properties -> Design -> Always Show Design Menu Items is checked mark if not so please check it.

Rgds
