How can I get 'Export image to file' option in QlikView Accesspoint?

Hi,

When I right click on the sheet I see 'Export image to file' option in my local environment but when I deploy the dashboard to access point I don't see that option. Users want to save entire sheet in their local machines.

I tried creating a button with an action to print sheet with the background; but I don't see an option anywhere to save the image.

can someone please help me with this?

Thanks!

Try Shift-Ctrl Right Click.

Save image as...

in access point->favorite &profile(upper right corner), in profile tab->preferred client, choose internet explorer plugin.

In the AJAX client, there is no menu entry to export object images or copy them to the clipboard.

However, there is a way around this anomaly. From the rightmousebutton-menu, select Print.... A new browser window will open, displaying a picture of the object (or sheet) you want to print. That picture can be saved by your browser using - again - a rightmousebutton-menu entry (usually something like "Save Image as...")

Oh, and you don't have to print anything at all

Good luck,

Peter

If you´re using the Ajax client, that option does not exists
