Can anyone please help to find a solution for this. I am sharing snapshot. How can I show percentage increase or decrease in Bar chart.

what is the expression have to write to get that value and how can i show that percentage as in like below image

Not sure if this will answer all of your questions, but you can probably try this: Waterfall Chart in QlikView

Waterfall charts helped us a couple of times to present how individual pieces builds up the total. It sounds like that's what you are trying to present on your bar chart.
