How can I search for similar data in a list that has delimited data?

I would like to find 250 in a list.  The list has data like this:

250

145 | 250

352 | 145 | 250

When I search for 250 only the first 250 will show up.  Is there a way I can search for 250 anywhere in the list instead of starts with 250?

Great!  This has solved a major problem I was faced with of trying to search for data in multiple lists.  I will merge all data into one list with a delimiter and then search with *###*.
