So, what would you recommend to load Cognos data to Qlikview? Exporting Cognos data to other format, for example? What would be the best way?

I don't know if it's suitable for you, but we replaced Cognos with QlikView and I simply rebuild the needed data in QlikView. So if you have access to the database or source files which Cognos loads to create a .mdc, I would recommend to redesign the load process in QlikView.

The problem is .mdc is a Cognos cube. So it would be difficult to export the data.

I used an old version of Cognos (7.4) and I used the QlikView-script to load the data like in Inpromptu and to model it like in Powerplay Transformer.
