Hi

I'm trying to express information over time as a %age of the total instances in a period.

So if there are 30 out of 100 this should be 30% but if 120 instance 30 should be 25%

Any guidance please

Usually a percentage would be Sum(FieldName)/Sum(TOTAL FieldName), but obviously this depends on your data. Do you have a sample file?
