How do I set the font color of a Page Tab?

I have a very dark page background so I'm wanting to lighten the font color (black as default).  I can see how to change the size in the Tabrow properties but I can't seem to locate the font color setting.

You can set that on the General tab of the Sheet's properties window. Click on the button Tab Text Color and select a color.
