Plz help me arrange date in order Year, Month. Find attached

Year and Month calculation section need to be corrected as below..

Year(Date#(TRIM(Date_promoted),'MMM D YYYY'))

and

Month(Date#(TRIM(Date_promoted),'MMM D YYYY'))
