Hello,
I designed my dashboard on a small PC "notepad" when i moved my dashboards to my server the dashboard became too small on the another PC. How do i set my sheets to fit any PC screen
Regards
Zion
The rule of thumb I've used, is to design the dashboard for the lowest resolution likely using the document. You can set this in the designer under 'View' -> 'Resize Window' -> and select a resolution.
This will change the size of your document on your screen (it will make your qlikview much smaller if you have a higher resolution). This will prevent scrollbars for all users, and users with higher resolution will have a smaller dashboard.
Unfortunately, no. From everything I've seen before, there is no way to expand dashboards to 'fit to screen' to make things bigger with different resolution. Unless something has changed that I don't know about, or there is some macro you can do this with, the thought is you don't want your users to have scroll bars as best as possible. Usually companies have standards too, so if their standard is resolution at 1280x1040, that is what I would develop in. You don't need to change your screens resolution, just the resolution of the QlikView document.
