How i can change bookmark shared status and owner?

Hello!

     Is it possible to change status bookmark to "no shared to other users", where I am not the owner ? (server bookmark) 

Or, maybe, if first is not really, change bookmark owner from user to me.

You can change the owner of a bookmark in the QMC: QMC / Documents / User Documents / <your doc> / Server / Server Objects. Iirc you can also change who has access to the bookmark.
