How to Rank Calculated Expressions using Class()

Hi Qlik Experts,

I'm looking for a workaround for these requirements can anyone give an idea.

Requirements:

• UoM must be check first where range it belongs
• Rank must be check prior to class ranges
• In case of tied rank same number must be tag and the next rank must be numbered prior to previous rank number.
• Note that rank method must be use, because other rank expressions must be calculated as well regardless of sorting arrangement of the table given.

Thanks for your response can you download my TestData.qvw and update it using your solution.. Please note that Class Ranges is calculated expressions I've also provided screenshot for the expected result TIA!
