I am not able to close the post. I did not start this discussion. Since it was initiated by another person and i joined in to get some help regarding inputting data.
One more thing i was tyring to achieve on this document was the security part. How do i provide login/password prompt to access this document. When i created the session access to my document and reopend the document again to see if i was prompted for login it said 'Access Denied'. I lost the whole version of the document and have to recreate once again.
