How to add a QV file to another QV file

Hello, I have a QV folder that I use to monitor work related activities. I receive from anotht colleague a QV file which has information that could link into my data, there by allowing for broarder analysis. How do I add them together

Under script editor load the data from second QVW into first QVD. You cannot join QVW files, but sure you can load data from one to another. Just check help document for "binary load".

Thanks Rakesh, I have been able to do this. However, I now have some $Syn 1 links in three boxes. I shall look in help file to clear these.

Yes, this is usually the case. 🙂

You can use RENAME FIELD command to rename couple of fields causing syn keys.
