How to add a vertical line to a chart whose x-axis is year month?

Hi,

I tried to add a vertical line to my chart and I know that it requires x-axis has to be continous. My x-axis is year month, fore example 201101, 201102...201302. The problem is that the chart are totally changed after changing the data to continuous. How to handle this situation? Thanks

Looks like the date is left aligned.

Complete guess work here, but as there are no alignment options on the presentation properties of a line chart, try switch the chart type over to straight table, setting the alignment and then switching back to a line chart.

This is my last question for this post. I would like to add group count to x-axis and it only worked for non-continuous axis. I would like to know whether dimension definition can be modified to allow count added to continuous axis. please see the sample.

Try an additional expression for the count and display option on axis.
