How to add sum of rows in pivot table

Hi ,

Can you please help me in getting the sum of rows in pivot table

I have 2 dimension  Reporting month and primary contact mail and one expression textcount(Distinct {<[Primary Contact Email] = {"=textcount([Primary Contact Email])>1"}>} [Primary Contact Email])

Now i want sum of rows. as below

Primary contact mail	Sept	oct	nov	Total
aa	1			1
bb		1	1	2
cc		1		1

I have attached qvw file. In dashboard 14 how can we add sum of rows and sum of column total in pivot. I want the view as below.Can you please help?
