It is a way to create a prj folder under the same folder of qvw file for version control .
However , it there a way to bring the qvw back if i only get the prj files without qvw.
Yes. The procedure to create qvw file is as follows:
Suppose you have XX-prj folder generated for XX.qvw.
You have the XX-prj contents in tact, but XX.qvw is not available.
Create a blank qvw file with the name XX.qvw (Start QlikView, File -> New, File -> Save As)
Copy the XX.qvw and XX-prj folder to a folder
Open XX.qvw file in QlikView which will read the contents of the XX-prj folder and update the XX.qvw file.

It work .. However i found sometime if there was some action script done on the Field .
Sush as Year/Month Value Change.It will missing because the field did not exist .
So my method :
After reload the data with the new created qvw .
Save it and copy the prj and overwide it again
re-open it and save.
