How to build a chart similar to this?

Hi All,

I have been using QlikView for a couple months now and I believe I need to change a couple chart types to better show the values I am trying to get across.  One chart compares IT Project spend vs Project ROI.  I currently just have them displayed in a Bar Chart but it is a little tough at a quick glance to see the ROI vs Spend.  I am thinking that the image below might be a better option.  I would imagine that the Project spend would go below 0 and the ROI would be the positive number.  Could someone tell me if this is possible to display in QlikView and maybe offer some advice on how I would get there?  Any help is much appreciated.
