How to calculate an actual chart's size

I have a chart (Straight table) that contains multiple columns. I am showing/hiding these columns per specific algorithm.

I am setting a chart's width to 12,000 pixels (since the chart can grow up significantly (up to 100 columns)) - to avoid chart's horizontal scrolling.

But I would like to retrieve an actual size of the chart (width and height) at any time, depends on the number of columns selected.

I know that I can calculate a width of each column selected and summarize it, but it seems like pretty heavy approach.

Is it possible to get an actual (active) dimensions of the chart?

Looking forward for suggestions.

Regards,

Vladmimir
